What does Vineyard Formation offer?

We are committed to growing strong disciples of Jesus. That process is the work of a lifetime. Learning more about our God and King is a key element of that formation and growth. Therefore, our goal is to help you grow in your understanding of God, in your maturity as a disciple of Jesus, and your effectiveness in doing the kingdom-bringing work that He calls us to do. Formation spans the lifetime of a disciple from our Children and Youth ministries to continuing education and spiritual direction at any age.

Continuing Education

There's always more to learn about God and his interactions with us. Vineyard Formation provides multiple ways to enrich your understanding of our shared Christian faith.

For everyone:

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a one-on-one relationship which helps an individual become aware of the movements, invitations and promptings of God in their life. In spiritual direction, the director and the directee come together to discern together and "see what the Father is doing" (John 5:19) not just in that moment, but over the months and seasons of a person's life.

Children's and Youth Ministry

Vineyard Formation values theological and spiritual formation at all ages. Our goals with Children's Ministry include exploration and celebration as we encourage our kids to seek God's kingdom in their lives and in the world around them. With our Youth, we are excited to foster a growing awareness of the Spirit's direction in their lives and train up young leaders.

  • Children's ministry webinars & resources. Bonnie Bylsma heads up our Vineyard Children's initiatives, providing resources for Children's ministry such as webinars and suggestions for reading and curriculum development.
  • Youth ministry resources. Joe and Kristin Eapen and Jodi Labun head up our Vineyard Youth initiatives. This team is working towards youth gatherings at the national level as well as providing youth ministry resources.
  • Collaboration and Advice. Looking for ideas? Have a great story to share? This is the place for you.
